Our mission at Activewithautty is to empower our community—especially Harlem—to prioritize health, movement, and self-care through inclusive fitness experiences, education, and lifestyle wellness.

We aim to inspire consistency, confidence, and connection by offering accessible fitness events, supporting small businesses, and promoting movement as a form of self-love.

Our “why” is rooted in representation, community, and accessibility. Growing up in Harlem, we saw the need for wellness spaces that truly reflect the people they serve. Activewithautty exists to bridge that gap—to bring fitness into familiar neighborhoods, create opportunities for local businesses to shine, and remind people that movement is for every body.

Because when wellness is community-centered, it becomes sustainable.
